Our founder spent over a decade as a Head of Operations inside a Calgary-based landscaping company, building systems, managing crews, and preparing the business for sale. We have held full P&L accountability, implemented EOS, built SOP libraries from scratch, and led teams through acquisitions and leadership transitions. This work was done inside the industry, not as an outside observer.
